Sushi Bad for the Heart

Ok, I admit.....I'm not a huge sushi fan.....and the news from the Journal of Risk Research doesn't make me want to sit down and order any sushi any time soon! Seems tuna sashimi has super high levels of methylmercury. This toxin increases rates of cardiovascular disease and causes poorer cognitive performance. I guess what's really sad about all of this is that we now have a scientific journal to address risks found in our food supply and environment!
